I had the pleasure of working with Cassie Shikano on getting my new car and I am so glad I chose Cartelligent! Without any car purchasing experience, I spent a whole year researching the “perfect” car that I wanted online, and it left me exhausted by the end of it. Choice paralysis is real especially if you don’t know what’s good or bad out there and every car expert has 50 different opinions on the same thing! With Cassie however, from the time we first spoke on the phone to closing the deal and picking up the car, it took about max 2-3 weeks. That was how fast it went, and I’ve never been so sure about buying anything expensive as I was with Cartelligent.

I worked with Cassie Shikano who helped find the car with the exact specifications I wanted and also negotiated a good price with the dealership. She was quick to respond on phone and email and patiently answered all my questions. The car was an in transit vehicle at the dealership but Cassie ensured I was kept up to date with the progress and had some pre paperwork done ahead of time. Post the car delivery, Cassie followed up to check if everything was going fine. I reached out to her for a post sales issue and she was promptly able to work with the dealership to resolve the problem within a day. I really appreciated this part where the quality of service was great post sale too. Overall, it was great working with Cassie and Cartelligent and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an hassle free car buying experience with excellent customer service.
