I recently purchased a car from Cartelligent. I was a wonderful experience. Hilary held my hand through whole experience and even followed thru even though she was on vacation. I received the car from Chuck and Ricardo who were very caring and knowledgeable in explaining features of importance on vehicle I highly recommend them if you are purchasing a vehicle.

This was the first time I used Cartelligent. I leased a custom order vehicle. This is my 8th car in the last 20+ years and my account exec Hilary was the best person I’ve ever met in car business! If it was for not her guidance, I would be still waiting for my car’s arrival. She found the best dealer with the best pricing options. Hilary was able to access pricing that I can’t access on my own. I exactly knew what I wanted to pay and Hilary got it. Her emails/texts/calls were timely and clear. She went above and beyond I expected. I was never in the dark in the entire process, never stepped inside a dealer (except for test drive), or hustled by dealers. At the delivery time, Billy at Menlo Park office was very professional. He was prompt to our appointment and entire process was completed in 10 minutes. I want to work with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Hilary Brophy with Cartelligent is AMAZING. I have been a client for over ten years and I will never buy a car from anyone else. She is respectful of my time, my intellect and my budget. You do not get this at a dealership (particularly as a female). She always gets the best deals and takes the time to understand her customer.
