It was a seamless experience. I first worked with Cassie Shikano entirely by email and phone. She found the exact car I wanted (white Subaru Crosstrek with a moon roof), had it delivered to the Menlo Park location where Ricardo Rodriguez took over. He showed me the features of the car and then sent me on my way! All of this happened within a 2 week period and both humans were extremely nice and easy to work with.
