San Francisco architect, Courtenay, needed to replace her Audi A4. After her previous positive experience with Cartelligent, she couldn’t imagine buying a car any other way and gave us a call to get the process started.
Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: Our previous car, which was an Audi A4 that we purchased through Cartelligent, was totaled outside of my office!
Q. How did you choose the Audi A6?
A: This is our third Audi. I loved both of the A4s, but this time around we wanted a little more room inside as well as to upgrade from the 2.0 to the 3.0 engine. We love the swanky interior and my husband is really happy with the added safety of the Audi driver assistance technologies.
Q. Why did you decide to use Cartelligent?
A: We had used Cartelligent for our last car and we absolutely loved the experience. We actually thought about doing a CPO this time around, but the thought of going back to a dealership was too much for us and we decided to buy a new car from Cartelligent instead.

A: The fact that there are no surprises on your payment. They tell you exactly what it’s going to be with taxes and everything in it and there’s nothing extra there when it’s time to sign the paperwork.
Q. What would you tell a friend about us?
A: I actually tell people all the time, “If you’re getting a new car, you have to use Cartelligent.” I think we’ve had three or four friends use you because of our great experience.
