Communication was really good, process was super painless with zero surprises throughout. Team at East Bay Cartelligent at pickup were great. I was in and out in probably less than 25 minutes after signing some paperwork and getting a quick rundown of the car features. Compared to my last experience at a dealership, even with a pre-negotiated deal and simple financing, it took hours. When this lease is up, I’m headed right back 🙂
