I had a very satisfying experience purchasing a new Toyota Hybrid Grand Highlander with Cartelligent after struggling for months with traditional dealerships. Having put down deposits at two separate dealerships and waiting several months I inquired with Cartellient and literally had a car within 2 weeks. My first time leasing a car and it was so easy! Radi in the Sausalito office helped me find a car about $150 cheaper a month than other car brokers. He was so responsive and made the entire experience so painless. Ricardo dropped the car directly at my house with a full tank of gas. He was on time, lovely to work with, and answered all my “stupid questions” with no judgement. Note, I was very hesitant about paying their fee at first – however it more than paid for itself and they didn’t charge me until they had secured the car. Worth every penny.
