Q. What made you realize it was time for a new car?
A: Subaru Outbacks last forever, but the truth of that concept is limited. My 2002 Subaru had 215,000 miles, was burning a little oil, had steering issues, and an undiagnosed squeak from an encounter with a big pothole. My car looked fabulous, but was aging quickly.
