1. Plug-in-hybrid system. Lexus has just released the RX450h+ PHEV, which uses the same drivetrain setup as the Toyota RAV4 Prime and Lexus NX450h+. The Electric-only range is estimated at 35 miles and it gets 83 MPG which makes this option the top pick if you can stand the $70k starting price tag.
