Who Makes Electric Cars Other Than Tesla?

There’s no denying that Tesla set a precedent for the potential of electric vehicles. Since the early 2010s, Tesla has been the poster-child for all things electric vehicles. These days? Not so much. Once an anomaly in the automotive industry, Tesla is no longer the dominant producer of EVs like it was once.  With climate change accelerating, many Tesla competitors, if not all of them, have plans to eventually phase out all gasoline-powered models with all-electric vehicles over the next couple decades. So, who makes electric cars that are not Tesla? Below, we list out the current Tesla alternatives by other automakers.

Tesla Competitors & Models

With the major uptick in sales we’re currently seeing, it’s natural that automakers are dipping their feet into the EV industry. Many even come with free charging upon purchase, comparable to Teslas limited-time offers with free supercharging.
